Role: Creative Designer

Monthly Rate: $1250 - 2150/month

Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

Time Zone: 9 AM to 5 PM MT

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Requirements

Experience Needed:

- Support the Head Designer with overflow work and day-to-day design needs across apparel, marketing collateral, and other creative assets for both digital and print

- Create custom apparel mockups and fulfill design requests submitted through the client’s dashboard

- Contribute to clothing and apparel design, including assigned monthly projects and seasonal catalog creation

- Adapt designs to fit different styles, brand directions, and campaign needs across sorority and collegiate audiences

- Bring fresh ideas based on current fashion, collegiate, and lifestyle trends, and proactively research and create new concepts during downtime

Good to have:

- Premiere Pro / video editing

- General fashion knowledge

- Apparel or lifestyle brand portfolio

- Strong initiative and trend awareness

- Must be autonomous, proactive, and able to bring ideas

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Adobe Illustrator experience

- Photoshop experience as the secondary core tool

- Must understand U.S. sorority / collegiate culture and current fashion trends. Strong cultural and brand fit is critical
