Your mission is to bridge the gap between our Sales and Creative teams, ensuring brand integrations feel like a value-add to our audience rather than a commercial break.</p> <p data-path-to-node="8">You aren’t just making ads; you are protecting the integrity of our YouTube and social content while successfully weaving in brand messaging. This role requires a "writer-first" creative who can capture the specific DP voice and pivot seamlessly between internal brainstorming and client-facing pitches.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="9"><strong data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="0">Initial Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p><strong data-path-to-node="10" data-index-in-node="0">The Creative Bridge</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,0,0">Lead ideation for brand integrations within our planned YouTube programming.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,1,0">Ensure every brand moment feels native to our voice and maintains high audience retention.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,2,0">Protect the editorial integrity of the content while meeting brand objectives.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong data-path-to-node="12" data-index-in-node="0">The Face of Content</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p data-path-to-node="13,0,0">Act as the creative representative in pre-sale client meetings.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="13,1,0">Break down brand briefs, pitch creative concepts, and address client feedback in real-time.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="13,2,0">Partner with the Sales team to ensure "the win" doesn't compromise the "the watch."</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong data-path-to-node="14" data-index-in-node="0">Concept Architecture</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p data-path-to-node="15,0,0">Write sharp, compelling creative concepts that the sales team can plug into pitches.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="15,1,0">Develop "social packages" aligned with key dates, tentpole events, and DP milestones.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="15,2,0">Maintain a library of "brand-ready" creative executions for quick-turn opportunities.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong data-path-to-node="16" data-index-in-node="0">Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p> <ul data-path-to-node="17"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="17,0,0">Interface with Social, Production, and Strategy teams to ensure the vision is executed correctly in production and post.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="17,1,0">Work with Brand Managers to oversee the delivery of creative and manage client feedback loops.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="17,2,0">Participate in editorial brainstorming to ensure our overall content slate remains world-class.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="18"><strong data-path-to-node="18" data-index-in-node="0">Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="19,0,0">5+ years handling brand sponsorships for a major media outlet, sports organization, or high-growth YouTube creator.</li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="19,1,0">Exceptional writing and conceptual skills across all verticals (Tech, Lifestyle, Gaming, etc.) with the ability to "pitch on the page."</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="19,2,0">Intuitive understanding of YouTube metrics (CTR, retention) and social-first trends.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="19,3,0">Proven ability in client-facing roles; you know when to compromise and when to push back to protect the content.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="19,3,0">You thrive as a lead thinker and "doer" who doesn't require a large team to execute high-level strategy.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="19,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="22" data-index-in-node="0"><span class="citation-504">Location:</span></strong><span class="citation-504 citation-end-504">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="22"><span class="citation-504 citation-end-504">This position is located onsite at Dude Perfect HQ3 offices in Frisco, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex).</span></li> </ul>
