<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Creative Operations Coordinator | Remote</span></strong></p>
<p>TubeScience is the largest performance marketing agency in Los Angeles, combining world-class creative with real-time data to drive measurable growth. We produce thousands of performance-driven video ads each month for leading DTC brands and Fortune 500 companies.</p>
<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong><br>Our creative operations function is the engine behind hundreds of ads delivered every week. As we scale, we need a systems-minded operator to improve workflows, automate manual processes, and build the operational infrastructure that enables faster, more predictable execution.<br>You will own the systems, processes, and operational improvements that keep creative work moving efficiently from planning through delivery.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Own</strong><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>Workflow & Systems</em></span></p>
<p>Own the end-to-end creative operations workflow across strategy, production, post-production, QC, and delivery<br>Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for efficiency and scalability<br>Build automations and integrations that reduce manual work and improve visibility<br>Create structured approaches for prioritization, triage, and workload management<br>Partner with internal tooling teams to ensure workflows evolve alongside platform capabilities</p>
<p><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>Resource Planning & Operations</em></span></p>
<p>Build systems for capacity planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing<br>Partner with strategy, production, and creative leads to maximize output and remove bottlenecks<br>Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into pipeline health, utilization, and delivery risk</p>
<p><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>Process Improvement</em></span></p>
<p>Identify opportunities to automate operational work using AI, LLMs, and workflow tools<br>Build, implement, and measure operational improvements<br>Create and maintain SOPs that document and standardize key workflows<br>Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence</p>
<p><br><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p>
<p>5+ years in creative operations, production operations, project management, or similar high-volume creative environments<br>Proven experience building scalable operational systems and improving processes<br>Strong experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar<br>Experience with workflow automation and AI-powered operational tools<br>Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational metrics and dashboards<br>Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones<br>Ability to operate independently and make an immediate impact</p>
