About the role
We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager who is both highly organized and naturally curious ✨
This role involves leading a creative team toward delivering high-quality outputs that meet client expectations, while also helping maintain a healthy work environment and uplifting overall team morale. We’re looking for someone who can balance structure, communication, creativity and people management with confidence and empathy.
Requirements
- Has the ownership and discernment to recognize when an output is not yet up to standard and proactively escalate it to leadership for review before delivery
- Knowledgeable in or willing to learn project management tools that help both clients and creatives maintain an efficient and organized workflow
- Strong communication skills with great finesse and professionalism when coordinating requests, timelines, and feedback
- Able to lead creative projects while ensuring deliverables are completed smoothly and on time
- Supports a positive and collaborative team culture
Big Plus
- Knowledgeable in paid ads (such as Meta Ads)
- Former editor, creative director, or multimedia artist
Benefits
Salary Range: PHP90,000-100,000/month
Note: Salary depends on your skill – judged by your experience
