The Role
The Senior Creative Project Manager leads large, multi-layered client programs with multiple SOWs, workstreams, and deliverables — UGC and Influencer Marketing projects. This is not a traditional PM role - it requires navigating high complexity, creator-driven workflows, and fast-moving priorities.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage enterprise-level client accounts across multiple SOWs, ensuring strong, long-term relationships built on trust and consistent delivery.
Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact — owning communication, expectations, and strategic alignment across all programs.
Oversee end-to-end UGC and Influencer Marketing projects.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Coordinate across Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, and Project Management teams.
Source and manage external partners, creators, and influencers when needed.
Track budgets, risks, and overall program performance.
Support and guide Project Managers as needed.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in Program, Project, or Account Management within creative, marketing, agency, or content-production environments — with a track record of long tenure and sustained client relationships.
Hands-on experience managing UGC and Influencer Marketing projects is required — this is core to the role.
Proven success managing enterprise accounts with multi-SOW or multi-stream programs (not just individual projects).
Exceptional client-facing communication skills in English — written and verbal — with the ability to present confidently, manage expectations, and build lasting partnerships.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where needed.
Strategic thinker with an operational mindset and high attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, etc.)
