About the role

We’re currently seeking a candidate with an eye for detail as a Creative QA Specialist to join TransPerfect ContentLabs in Malaysia.

Our team, ContentLabs is a full-service creative agency within TransPerfect. From consultation to execution, we provide content strategy services to share our clients' vision with the world. We boast a diverse team spanning the globe that takes global content to the next level.

As a Creative QA Specialist, you will act as the quality owner for creative projects, with a primary focus on video and graphic assets, ensuring all deliverables meet TransPerfect, client, and brand standards.

  • Serve as a key liaison between creative, production, QA, and project management teams, ensuring quality expectations are clearly communicated and consistently upheld.

  • Review creative assets across all production stages (scripts, graphic proposals, full sequences, and final outputs) to ensure:

    • Brand guideline compliance (logos, typography, color, layout)

    • Accuracy of on-screen text, subtitles, and graphics

    • Technical correctness across formats and platform

  • Manage and track quality checkpoints and review cycles, balancing tight deadlines with attention to detail.

  • Ensure client feedback and internal comments are accurately implemented before delivery.

  • Perform final quality reviews (final-eye) on video and visual assets prior to client delivery, validating completeness, consistency, and technical specifications.

  • Identify recurring quality issues and proactively recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce rework.

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to optimize workflows, schedules, and delivery timelines.

  • Maintain accurate documentation related to quality reviews, specs, and approvals.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong background in quality management, project coordination, or production workflows preferably within creative, media, or content environments.

  • Experience reviewing or managing video, motion, or graphic design assets across multiple stages of production.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Comfort working with MS Office, PDFs, and creative review tools; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
