Role

As a Creative Strategist your goal is to create high-performing creatives for our Facebook/Instagram ads. Serving as the central link among our creatives, overseeing the process from ideation to post-production.

Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorming ads, ad angles and hook variations.
  • Provide briefs for production team to shoot content
  • Collaborate with UGC creators and designers to bring ideas to life
  • Develop creative strategy for our social media ads.
  • Build and refine our creative testing roadmap
  • Help systemise what works so we can scale content production

What we’re looking for

  • You understand paid media and the types of content that convert
  • You enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to life
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology and customer mindsets.
  • Data Driven

Experience:

  • Have 2–5+ years experience in creative strategy for DTC/eCom brands
  • Experience in video editing, including ideation, storyboarding, and editing.
  • Experience as a content creator with demonstrated ability to engage audiences.
