Role
As a Creative Strategist your goal is to create high-performing creatives for our Facebook/Instagram ads. Serving as the central link among our creatives, overseeing the process from ideation to post-production.

Responsibilities:
- Brainstorming ads, ad angles and hook variations.
- Provide briefs for production team to shoot content
- Collaborate with UGC creators and designers to bring ideas to life
- Develop creative strategy for our social media ads.
- Build and refine our creative testing roadmap
- Help systemise what works so we can scale content production
What we’re looking for
- You understand paid media and the types of content that convert
- You enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to life
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology and customer mindsets.
- Data Driven
Experience:
- Have 2–5+ years experience in creative strategy for DTC/eCom brands
- Experience in video editing, including ideation, storyboarding, and editing.
- Experience as a content creator with demonstrated ability to engage audiences.
