<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to pull category, cultural, and consumer research (desk research, trend scans)</li>
<li>Help to execute competitive analysis, in terms of creative ideations and audience insights.</li>
<li>Analyze the suitable influencer tiers, persona, and platform mix</li>
<li>Digital content strategy & ideation</li>
<li>Participate in brainstorm activity with other team members (e.g. social media, design, copywriter)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Graduated or final year students in related majors</li>
<li>Self-motivated fast learner with a proactive attitude</li>
<li>Eager to learn and deep dive into the creative strategy field. </li>
<li>Fluent in English and comfortable in creating presentation slides to visualize ideas neatly.</li>
<li>Good research skills with ability to summarize key takeouts</li>
<li>Familiarity with advertising campaigns, influencer tiers, social media and digital trends will be a plus</li>
