This role partners closely with internal production, post-production, and marketing teams to develop, test, and optimize performance creative across paid channels.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:&nbsp;<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Write and direct video ads with the goal of selling products using a data-driven, test-and-learn&nbsp;approach.</li> <li>Come up with fresh and innovative concepts/angles for ads and write scripts.</li> <li>Direct actors and/or celebrity brand partners to elicit authentic and persuasive performances;&nbsp;Formulate and ask interview questions that elicit the most compelling soundbites.</li> <li>Work with videographers to gather video assets (i.e.identify needed video cover, set-up&nbsp;locations and direct videographers to shoot b-roll).</li> <li>Provide on-set leadership in collaboration with Production Supervisor, production team, and&nbsp;camera crew.</li> <li>Collaborate with editors from pre-production to delivery, including providing feedback on&nbsp;edits, assist conceiving of graphics and on-screen text.</li> <li>Analyze performance data, and use data to create incremental video optimizations that scale.</li> <li>Leverage AI tools (e.g., for ideation, scripting, editing support, and performance analysis) to accelerate creative production, generate new ad concepts, and enhance testing velocity; stay current with emerging AI capabilities and incorporate them into the creative workflow.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct response advertising</li> <li>Experience writing and directing in fast-paced, digital-first environments (UGC, branded content, social, or creator economy ideal)</li> <li>Exceptional concepting and storytelling skills</li> <li>Mastery of on-set creative leadership and understanding of how to successfully direct celebrity partners and actors</li> <li>Ability to formulate strategies on how to market petcare products in fresh, creative and different ways.</li> <li>Understanding of direct response marketing.</li> <li>A highly creative self-starter who can work both independently and collaborate well with different teams</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.</li> <li>Available to drive, and occasionally travel, to locations in order to film and gather footage and conduct interviews</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience, preferably in Marketing, Human Studies, or a related field.</li> <li>Experience applying AI tools to paid social ad creative (e.g., for concepting, scripting, or iteration) is a strong plus.</li> </ul> <div><strong>What We Need From You (Must Submit All Three):&nbsp;</strong></div> <ol> <li>Resume</li> <li>Cover Letter</li> <li>Portfolio</li> </ol> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Golden Perks &amp;
