<p><strong>Job Title: Credentialing Specialist</strong></p>
<p>Reporting to: VP of Revenue Cycle</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></span></p>
<p>As Credentialing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the dental office by ensuring accurate and complete payer enrollment, participation and fee schedule management. </p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage payer participation for all Premier partner dentists and locations</li>
<li>Maintain accurate effective date tracker for submitted applications and provide follow-up to stake holders</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of fee schedules, including annual updates, etc</li>
<li>Ensure correct Fee schedule attachment by payers to providers</li>
<li>Manage Fee Schedule assignments in PMS system</li>
<li>Work with billing team to resolve claims related to credentialing issues</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships as required.</li>
<li>Additional projects or initiatives as needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Qualifications</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors Degree or experience equivalent; healthcare administration, finance or related field is a plus.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in dental credentialing in a multi-state DSO.</li>
<li>Experience with credentialing application software, DentalxChange preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in various practice management software, as well as Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Must be able to multi-task and meet agreed upon deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Must work collaboratively with Operations and other RCM team members.</li>
</ul>
