<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized <strong>Credentialing Specialist</strong> to join our Brooklyn office. This role is essential in maintaining compliance and ensuring that all clinical and administrative staff meet required credentialing standards across multiple states and payer systems. You will manage a high volume of provider credentials while supporting timely onboarding, re-credentialing, and ongoing compliance processes.</span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing processes for clinical and support staff</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Verify licenses, certifications, education, and background checks for compliance</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing records in internal systems</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate with HR, Compliance, Clinical Operations, and Billing teams</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Track expirations, renewals, and compliance deadlines proactively</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Conduct regular audits of credentialing files and resolve discrepancies</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Serve as a resource for credentialing requirements, timelines, and procedures</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to manage high-volume workflows efficiently</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong written and verbal communication skills</span></li>
