Effective conscientious Credit Controller who can demonstrate a successful proven track-record&nbsp;within a credit collection role. Utilising either credit management software, e-mail, telephone to&nbsp;contact Clients regarding debts owed and ensure payment to contracted terms of outstanding&nbsp;invoices. Extremely Client focused, strong communicator, resilient and determined individual who can&nbsp;be self-motivated, and team oriented to achieving individual and team targets set by the Credit&nbsp;Manager</p> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></span></p> <p></p> <ul> <li>To manage an allocated Client portfolio ensuring payment to contracted terms</li> <li>Utilise either Credit Management Software (where available), e-mails and telephone to contact</li> <li>Clients in order to ensure payment to terms</li> <li>Keep a record of all communication with the Client</li> <li>Resolve all queries and or problems for Clients, copy invoices, proof of delivery, credit notes, and&nbsp;liaise internally to progress any queries that are being handled in any&nbsp; &nbsp; other department or by the Opco</li> <li>Reconcile accounts were required</li> <li>Attend Opco and or Client meetings where required</li> <li>Participating in cash planning and forecasting, where requested</li> <li>Providing accounts receivable (AR) systems support to management</li> <li>Responsible for the accuarte and timely reporting of Client queries. Liaising with the Billing team&nbsp;and or Opco in order to resolve Client disputes quickly and efficiently</li> <li>Managing the integrity of the notes and supporting documentation regarding queries raised by</li> <li>Clients in accordance to SOX control process’s</li> <li>Adhere to the Groups credit policy</li> <li>Ensure daily bank statements are reviewed and Client cash received is allocated accurately on day&nbsp;of receipt of the funds</li> <li>Cheques received must be recorded and banked daily</li> <li>Ensure and coordinate with the applicable MDM contact that the integrity of the Client master data records accurately reflects the agreed contractual terms and processes of the Client.
