<p data-path-to-node="2">We're looking for a <strong data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="20">Credit Strategy Specialist</strong> to design, implement, and optimize credit strategies that directly impact growth, risk, and customer experience. This role sits at the intersection of data, risk, and business, owning key levers such as credit policies, limit-setting frameworks, and decision rules. You will work closely with Data, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure we scale responsibly while maximizing approval rates and portfolio performance.</p>
<p data-path-to-node="3">Your work will directly influence who we approve, how much we lend, and how we manage risk dynamically across the lifecycle.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="4,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Improve processes:</strong> Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in underwriting and decisioning workflows using tools like <strong data-path-to-node="4,6,0" data-index-in-node="118">N8N</strong> for automation where applicable.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="4,7,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,7,0" data-index-in-node="0">Collaborate cross-functionally:</strong> Work with Product, Data, and Growth teams to align credit strategy with business goals, utilizing <strong data-path-to-node="4,7,0" data-index-in-node="130">Metabase</strong> or <strong data-path-to-node="4,7,0" data-index-in-node="142">Databricks</strong> for data visualization and analysis.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="9,2,0">Proven experience in credit policy design and implementation.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="9,3,0">Advanced <strong data-path-to-node="9,3,0" data-index-in-node="9">SQL</strong> skills and strong data intuition.</p>

This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.</p>
