Position Overview

We are seeking a CRM Administrator (WordPress / CMS Manager) to join our team and support our daily news operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about media and current affairs.

The CRM Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the website, CRM systems, and content infrastructure. This role ensures smooth content publishing, user data organization, and platform performance. The ideal candidate has experience with WordPress, CRM tools, and basic technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the WordPress website (content, pages, plugins).
• Publish and format articles, news, and multimedia content.
• Maintain CRM systems (user data, segmentation, lists).
• Ensure website performance, speed, and uptime.
• Manage integrations (email tools, analytics, social media).
• Monitor and fix technical issues.
• Implement SEO best practices.
• Support content and marketing teams.
• Manage user roles and permissions.
• Ensure data accuracy and security.
