About the role
Key Responsibilities
Creative Campaign Development
- Lead the end-to-end creative development of CRM campaigns, from briefing and concept development through production, launch, and post-campaign analysis.
- Partner with marketing, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling customer communications.
- Develop creative approaches that align with brand guidelines while supporting product launches, promotional initiatives, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Ensure all campaign assets maintain a consistent customer experience across channels, audiences, and markets.
Content Production & Asset Management
- Maintain and enhance internal activation tools built on Google Apps Script — Manage the development of email creative, copy, and content components across CRM programs.
- Build and maintain email content within approved content management systems, ensuring communications are visually polished, technically accurate, and on-brand.
- Leverage emerging technologies and AI-enabled creative tools where appropriate to improve efficiency, scalability, and creative output.
- Maintain content libraries, templates, and reusable assets that support campaign consistency and operational efficiency.
CRM Strategy & Audience Engagement
- Support the development of customer communication strategies that drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Implement segmentation strategies, message frameworks, and audience journeys across multiple customer groups and geographies.
- Collaborate with CRM and analytics teams to ensure communications are relevant, personalized, and aligned to customer needs throughout the lifecycle.
- Partner with technical and audience teams to ensure campaign strategies are accurately translated into execution.
Editorial Planning & Campaign Operations
- Own and maintain forward-looking CRM editorial calendars that align with product roadmaps, marketing initiatives, and promotional priorities.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Manage campaign production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
- Balance multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining high creative and operational standards.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Build strong working relationships across marketing, product, creative, and operational teams.
- Coordinate reviews, feedback cycles, approvals, and stakeholder communications throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies and production partners when required, ensuring deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and successful campaign execution.
- Work closely with the Delivery Lead to update on timelines and workloads.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics across CRM programs.
- Develop standardized reporting and performance summaries to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations that improve future creative, messaging, targeting, and customer experiences.
- Support testing strategies and optimization programs to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, campaign development processes, and stakeholder collaboration models.
- Champion best practices in CRM creative development, customer communications, and content production.
- Stay informed on emerging CRM trends, customer engagement strategies, creative technologies, and industry best practices.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5 years of experience in creative production, CRM marketing, digital marketing, or related marketing disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing customer-facing marketing campaigns, preferably within B2C environments.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, customer communications, and lifecycle marketing principles.
- Experience creating and managing digital marketing content, with a portfolio demonstrating strong creative and strategic thinking.
- Hands-on experience building or managing email content within content management systems.
- Experience coordinating campaign development across multiple stakeholders, teams, and timelines.
- Strong project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience supporting or launching campaigns across multiple markets and regions is advantageous.
- Experience working with external creative agencies or production partners is beneficial.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, personalization strategies, and campaign optimization methodologies is preferred.
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools or content production workflows is advantageous.
- Strong creative judgment with a keen eye for design, messaging, and customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in ambiguous or evolving environments.
