About the role
- As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
- You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
- You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Advanced proficiency in Packaged Development Estimating is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Packaged Application Integration, SaaS Testing, and Software Platforms is recommended.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new applications.
