About the role
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Assist in audience segmentation and personalisation strategies for improved campaign relevance.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation.
- Manage day-to-day CRM operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business goals.
- Work with data and insights teams to refine targeting and improve user journey effectiveness.
- Contribute ideas to enhance CRM innovation, automation, and testing processes.
