<p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a talented <strong>CRM Manager </strong>for the Betsson Georgia brand who will drive customer retention and reactivation and ensure continuous growth of the company’s revenue. If you want to use the latest technologies while working in a dynamic, friendly and comfortable atmosphere, Betsson Georgia could be the perfect place for you.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor customer activity, deposits, and KPIs on a daily basis;</li> <li>Develop and execute lifecycle campaigns across activation, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention stages;</li> <li>Support VIP segment management including personalized outreach, bonus offers, and escalation to the VIP team;</li> <li>Analyze customer behavior data and segment audiences for targeted campaigns; coordinate with the Compliance team to ensure all CRM activities meet regulatory standards;</li> <li>Campaign launch, execution, and performance management;</li> <li>Develop campaign logic and manage technical launch through CRM/campaign tools;</li> <li>Prepare daily and monthly reports for management and Commercial Department stakeholders;</li> <li>Conduct A/B testing of campaigns and communication channels to optimize performance;</li> <li>Manage bonus and promotional mechanics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;</li> <li>3+ years of work experience in a similar role or within the same industry;</li> <li>2+ years of experience in CRM or database analysis;</li> <li>Experience working with large datasets;</li> <li>Experience using CRM systems and campaign tools;</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Excel;</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills;</li> <li>Strategic and analytical thinking ability;</li> <li>Working proficiency in English, both written and spoken;</li> <li>Hands-on experience with CRM platforms;</li> <li>Understanding of bonus abuse patterns and responsible gambling frameworks;</li> <li>Familiarity with segmentation logic and behavioral triggers;</li> <li>Experience with SMS/push notification channels.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We offer</strong></p> <p>We offer working in fast growing business with professional management teams and value driven challenging and development oriented organisational culture.
