About the role
What You'll Be Doing:
- Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app) to drive engagement and retention.
- Support segmentation and personalisation strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Own day-to-day campaign setup, QA, and deployment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, product, design, and analytics teams to deliver aligned CRM output.
- Contribute to testing, automation, and continuous improvement of CRM activity.
- Support CRM planning around key sporting events and promotional moments.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in a CRM or digital marketing role, ideally in a subscription or media business.
- Strong campaign execution and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
- Passion for sport and understanding of fan engagement behaviours.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
