<p style="line-height: 1.4;"> </p></div><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The Role</strong></span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are looking for an entrepreneurial and technically savvy CRM Manager to take a</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">hands-on, end-to-end lead in building and scaling Dojo’s CRM capabilities across new and</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">exciting international markets.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a pivotal role focused on driving Dojo’s global expansion, requiring someone who</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">thrives in autonomy and is highly comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a scale-up</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">environment and start-up mentality.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You will be the strategic owner of our international communications, partnering closely</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">with the CRM Team Lead on key strategic changes, while taking full autonomous</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">ownership of all other international CRM programs. Whether it’s building campaigns from</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">the ground up or leading a platform migration, you will create sophisticated experiences</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">that establish Dojo's presence and drive growth in new territories.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● Own and develop the end-to-end strategy for Dojo’s international CRM efforts,</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">adapting our lifecycle and acquisition approaches to suit the nuances of new</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">global markets.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● Partner with the CRM Team Lead to define and deliver key strategic initiatives,</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">while autonomously leading the day-to-day execution and optimisation of all other</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">international CRM programs.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● Lead the technical setup, implementation and data architecture for new markets,</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">sometimes building robust foundations from scratch.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● Work hands-on within Braze to build audience segments, ensuring we deliver</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">relevant and personalised communications to our international merchants.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● Oversee the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns (direct mail, email,</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">in-app, push), from initial brief through to build, QA, and deployment across</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">multiple regions.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● You’ll be a true people person and relationship builder, collaborating closely with</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">international markets, Product, Data, and Commercial teams to align CRM</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">strategies with market-specific business goals.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● Analyse campaign performance across different regions, delivering regular reports</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">and actionable insights that clearly demonstrate CRM's impact on international</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">growth and lifecycle KPIs.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● Champion a culture of experimentation by designing, executing, and analysing</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">tests to localise messaging, improve conversion rates, and drive adoption in new</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">markets.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● Embrace a collaborative and flexible approach by actively finding opportunities to</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">contribute to priority projects across the wider CRM team, helping to drive shared</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">business outcomes.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● A proven track record in a similar CRM role, with a strong preference for candidates</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">who have successfully navigated fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● A highly adaptable self-starter who thrives in autonomy and is comfortable</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">operating in ambiguity to build strategies and processes from the ground up.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● Technically savvy, with practical experience in setting up CRM platforms from</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">scratch, managing data migrations, and executing complex workflows.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the presence and</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">energy to build influential new relationships rapidly across a complex, expanding</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">organisation.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● A strategic and proactive sense of ownership, with a mindset that goes beyond</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">execution to identify and create new opportunities for growth.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● Data-literate, with demonstrable experience in reporting and using insights to</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">make commercially-driven decisions.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">execution across multiple competing priorities and geographic regions.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● A genuine "test and learn" attitude, with practical experience in designing and</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">executing A/B tests to drive continuous improvement.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">● Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Dojo home and away</strong></span></p>
