Join us as a CRM & Retention Lead and own Zeely’s entire CRM engine — from defining lifecycle strategy to building scalable activation, retention, and monetization flows. In this role, CRM goes far beyond email campaigns and serves as a core product and revenue driver, directly impacting user activation, retention, and monetization across the full customer lifecycle. You’ll have full autonomy over CRM funnels and initiatives, work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Engineering, and Market
