<p><span data-contrast="auto">The CRM Strategist supports the strategic planning and execution of CRM and email marketing programs across five healthcare education institutions. Working closely with the CRM Strategy Lead, you'll translate strategy into detailed campaign plans — coordinating execution with a Campaign Management team based in Mexico City and applying rigorous analytical thinking to drive continuous performance improvement across lead nurture, enrolment, and retention journeys.</span></p>

<ul>
<li>Support the CRM Strategy Lead in planning and executing email and CRM programs across five institutions, including lead nurture, enrollment, and retention journeys</li>
<li>Develop detailed campaign briefs, audience segmentation logic, and personalization specifications for Campaign Managers and Email Developers</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance — open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and enrollment attribution — and surface actionable recommendations for optimization</li>
<li>Design and analyze A/B tests across subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times; document learnings and integrate them into future campaign planning</li>
<li>Maintain platform hygiene and data quality within CRM and email systems; coordinate issue resolution with the Data Analyst/Engineer</li>
<li>Partner with the Email Development team to ensure technical accuracy, rendering quality, and accessibility compliance across all email assets</li>
<li>Track and manage the campaign production calendar, coordinating with Campaign Managers, Copywriters, and Art Directors to ensure on-time delivery</li>
<li>Contribute to QBR reporting by compiling performance data, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations</li>
<li>Stay current with CRM best practice and emerging email marketing technology; identify opportunities to apply AI-driven personalization and content optimization</li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you need to be great in this role:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing — managing campaigns in a multi-brand or multi-program environment</li>
<li>Platform proficiency in enterprise email marketing systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or equivalent)</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills: confident with campaign performance data, A/B testing methodology, and reporting</li>
<li>Experience working with segmentation logic, audience lists, and personalization variables</li>
<li>Technical precision: working knowledge of HTML email specifications, deliverability requirements, and QA standards</li>
<li>Familiarity with higher education enrollment marketing or healthcare marketing is a meaningful differentiator</li>
<li>Organized and collaborative: able to coordinate effectively across multiple teams, time zones, and location.</li>
<li>Proficiency with AI tools relevant to email marketing — including AI-assisted subject line generation, content personalization, and send-time optimization</li>
<li>Experience evaluating and applying AI-driven campaign insights with human editorial judgment</li>
<li>Systematic, test-and-learn approach to campaign planning and optimization</li>
<li>Individual compensation varies based on the job-related factors including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience and qualification. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER's total compensation package. </li>
