This is an individual-contributor role focused on execution: you design the experiments, spec them for a shared development team to build, and measure the results yourself. Your flagship goal is getting more people who start registering to finish, across all three platforms: iOS app, Android app, and Web.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Own registration completion, by platform (flagship):</strong> drive registration-start to registration-complete on iOS app, Android app, and Web, diagnosing and fixing each flow on its own terms, including Ontario identity-verification friction.</li> <li><strong>Own visit to registration-start:</strong> optimize the home and landing pages so more visitors begin registering, tailoring the experience by traffic source, campaign, and device where it moves the number.</li> <li><strong>Own deposit conversion:</strong> reduce friction on the path from registration to first deposit, working with Payments on methods and flow.</li> <li><strong>Own the experiment pipeline:</strong> turn funnel data into hypotheses, design A/B and multivariate tests, write clear specs for the development team, and prioritize hard so the highest-impact tests ship first.</li> <li><strong>Own measurement and honest read-outs:</strong> set success metrics and guardrails before each test, keep tracking clean (GTM and/or Segment), analyze in GA and Tableau, and keep a library of validated learnings so the team stops re-testing settled questions.</li> <li><strong>Own reporting and stakeholder alignment:</strong> present test plans, results, and recommendations to the business, and align marketing, product, design, and dev behind the roadmap.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience optimizing across both web and native mobile apps (iOS and Android), with a clear understanding of how registration and payment flows differ across them. Familiarity with KYC or identity-verification friction is an advantage.</li> <li>6+ years hands-on in CRO or experimentation, with a track record of measurable funnel improvements in a fast-paced, digital-first business. Online gaming, fintech, or e-commerce experience is a strong plus.</li> <li>Strong experiment design: A/B and multivariate testing, sample sizing, guardrail metrics, and the discipline to read results honestly, including when a test is inconclusive.</li> <li>Hands-on analytics: GA and Tableau, with clean event tracking via GTM and/or Segment. You can measure your own tests end to end.</li> <li>Comfortable designing experiments and specifying them clearly for engineers to build, then owning the analysis.</li> <li>A real grasp of user behavior, UX, and the psychology of decision-making, applied to sign-up and payment flows.</li> <li>Strong communication and the ability to influence cross-functional teams, since development support is shared across priorities.</li> <li>A results-oriented mindset that balances rigorous thinking with shipping.
