Croatian Speaking Customer Service For Booking.com - Greece - accommodation incl

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's team supporting Booking.com accommodation services in Greece. In this role, you will provide excellent support to Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with accommodation bookings and related inquiries.

Your fluency in Croatian will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, helping them with reservation processes, modifications, cancellations, and resolving any issues to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat for Booking.com accommodation bookings and inquiries
• Assist customers with booking confirmations, changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and with empathy
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Coordinate with accommodation providers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality
• Stay updated on accommodation options, policies, and promotions

Requirements

• Fluent in Croatian and English with excellent communication skills
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
• Experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality or travel, is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
