In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their bookings, accommodations, and travel experiences.

Your fluency in Croatian will be essential in delivering effective assistance, helping clients navigate their reservations and address any issues they may encounter during their travel planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Croatian through phone, email, and chat regarding booking inquiries and travel support
• Assist customers with questions about their reservations, modifications, and cancellations
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with hotel partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience
• Gather feedback from customers to enhance service quality and adapt offerings
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends and updates within the hospitality industry

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Passion for travel and helping customers have enjoyable experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
