Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's travel company based in Greece. In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional customer support to our Croatian-speaking clients as they plan and experience their travel adventures.

Your fluency in Croatian will be essential as you assist customers with inquiries regarding travel packages, bookings, itineraries, and any questions related to their trips. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our clients, and your insights will contribute to our commitment to high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Croatian through phone, email, and chat regarding travel inquiries
• Assist clients with booking procedures, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Provide thorough information about travel packages, destinations, and accommodations
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service and travel offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
