This role is perfect for Croatian speakers who are passionate about travel, customer service, and eager to work in an international environment. You will be the primary point of contact for Booking.com customers, providing support and assistance to ensure a seamless booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking Booking.com users via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and other related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and enhance customer experience.
• Adapt to the dynamic travel industry environment and stay updated on product knowledge and policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with relocation expenses covered.
• Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with Booking.com or online booking platforms is advantageous.
