Cryogenics R&D Scientist

Successful candidates have a deep background in cryogenics, a focus on dilution refrigerators, and demonstrated ability to transfer commercial or academic research to fast-paced innovation, prototyping, and deployment.</p> <p>Sound like you? Apply now by clicking the link.</p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide leadership in the conception, design, development and manufacture of cryogenic hardware.</li> <li>Design and conduct experiments to test modifications to existing components and prototypes to increase performance, efficiency, and manufacturability.</li> <li>Partner with engineers to translate innovations into functional prototypes and production-ready products.</li> <li>Work across functional areas (cryogenic, electrical, software) to deliver fully integrated products.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>PhD in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.</li> <li>5-8 years designing, building, or significantly modifying dilution refrigerators.</li> <li>Self-starter with ability to drive results independently.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> </ul> <p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
