Crypto Analyst (Market & Technical Research)

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to drive research initiatives and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions in the Web3 space.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>If you are passionate and enthusiastic about the web3 industry, come and join our team!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor and analyze crypto market trends, including price movements, trading volumes, risk and market sentiment; Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize investment or strategic decisions.</li> <li>Identify emerging projects, tokens, and blockchain protocols with high growth potential.</li> <li>Conduct in-depth research on Web3 market, technologies, blockchain protocols, and dApps.</li> <li>Design and conduct experiments, simulations, and analysis to explore and evaluate innovative solutions.</li> <li>Develop and implement novel algorithms, models, and methodologies to address technical challenges in the blockchain space.</li> <li>Contribute to open-source projects and actively engage with the blockchain research community.</li> <li>Provide thought leadership and technical content efforts for the blockchain community</li> <li>Stay updated on the latest advancements, academic papers, and industry trends in the field of blockchain and Web3.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You might thrive in this role if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on web3, ZK or distributed systems.</li> <li>2+ years of experience in financial analysis, market research, or technical analysis in the crypto/web3 industry.</li> <li>Proven track record of conducting market and technical research in the crypto or blockchain space.</li> <li>Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in the blockchain ecosystem, such as Solidity, Rust, or Go.</li> <li>Experience with blockchain platforms and frameworks, such as Ethereum, Polkadot, or Cosmos.</li> <li>Familiarity with crypto exchanges, wallets, and custody solutions.</li> <li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> </ul>
