Your focus will be on driving profitability while effectively managing risk. Utilizing your extensive market knowledge and analytical abilities, you will make informed trading decisions.<br><br><strong><em>Responsibilities and Duties</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Trade delta one products and options in cryptocurrency markets to generate consistent P&amp;L through market making, volatility trading, and market-neutral strategies</li> <li>Responsible for the risk management of the portfolio across traditional, centralized and decentralized exchanges</li> <li>Develop and implement alpha-generating trading strategies, leveraging market trends and crypto-specific inefficiencies</li> <li>Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to design, backtest, and automate trading systems and workflows</li> <li>Optimize trade execution and liquidity provision, adapting to evolving market structures</li> <li>Contribute to the development of proprietary tools and algorithms to improve trading efficiency and scalability</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>What you offer</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics or any other analytical / quantitative related field of study</li> <li>Minimum 4 years of proven experience trading delta one products (e.g., spot, futures, perpetual swaps) in cryptocurrency markets, with a track record of generating consistent P&amp;L</li> <li>Experience or familiarity with options trading, including pricing, hedging, or volatility strategies, to complement delta one expertise</li> <li>Proficiency in Linux OS and Python for scripting, strategy development, and data analysis to support trading decisions and automation</li> <li>Deep understanding of cryptocurrency market microstructure, including centralized exchanges, decentralized exchanges and funding rate dynamics</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and informed trading decisions</li> <li>Ability to thrive and make decisions in a fast-paced trading environment and handle pressure effectively</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li> <li>Good command of spoken and written English</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>What we offer</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Dynamic and collaborative work environment</li> <li>Opportunity to contribute directly to the bottom line</li> <li>A flat management structure, where everyone's voice is valued</li> <li>Work life balance within a multi-cultural environment</li> <li>Fully stocked kitchen for breakfast and lunch</li> <li>Attractive benefits package with discretionary bonus</li> </ul> <p><em>Eclipse Trading is an equal opportunity employer and we believe that diversity and inclusion are essential pillars of our success as a company.
