CS Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our team as a CS Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their career and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

You’re excited about the role because you will...

• Engage with the users via email and online chat to help answer their questions and solve any problems they might encounter

• Provide exceptional customer service, emphasizing the values of the software and how it can help users build their business

• Escalate bugs and product issues to the tech team on an as-needed basis

• Be comfortable speaking to customers on the phone, when necessary

• Collaborate on articles to help retailers and suppliers enhance their Spocket experience

• Gather user feedback and feature suggestions to help form Spocket’s product strategy

What we are looking for...

• With bachelor’s degree (recent graduates are welcome to apply)

• Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Visa Requirement…

• For Dubai, applicants must not currently hold an Employment/Work Visa or Visit Visa. Candidates should already be under a self-sponsored residency visa, such as a Green Visa, Golden Visa, or equivalent.

• For Alberta, applicants must be a Permanent Resident in Canada (not on PGWP)
