Leader’s Holding Co™, a 55-year-old Florida family-owned home accessory & outdoor furniture manufacturer, distributor, and retailer with 20 locations across Florida, is looking for a Custodian to join our team. We take pride in our work environment and our reputation, rooted in our core beliefs.

What we offer you.....
- $15.50 - $17 per hour depending on experience
- Incentive pay opportunity that can increase your pay rate each pay period
- Paid time off after 90-days
- Health Insurance – Company pays over 70% of the premium.

What we need from you....
- Positive attitude
- Dependable and on time
- Able to stand and walk the entire shift
- Able to lift 20lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally
