<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p>
<p>Located at our Byron Center, MI location, the person in this position would assist with assembly of exterior doors. Day-to-day responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assemble custom entry doors by following standard work instructions</li>
<li>Work as a member of a team to Ensure proper quality, accuracy, and timeliness of assembly of exterior doors</li>
<li>Work with warehouse and shipping associates making sure you have the right materials and entry door units are arriving in shipping on time</li>
<li>Assisting in cleaning and maintenance of assigned work area</li>
<li>Performing other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor</li>
</ul>

<p>This position offers a $300 annual clothing allowance to offset costs for work apparel, protective footwear, and PPE. </p>
<p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School diploma/GED required</li>
<li>Carpentry experience required</li>
<li>Experience working with blueprints</li>
<li>Experience with power tools</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Safe working practices</li>
<li>Natural detail-orientation</li>
<li>Ability to accurately read orders and assembly to customer specifications</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 75 lb</li>
<li>Ability to stand for 8-10 hours/day</li>
