Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and caring Customer Care Agent to support our clients with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. This fully remote role is well suited to someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in going the extra mile for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
- Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience
- Accurately log all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to confirm that issues have been fully resolved
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with the team
- Meet individual targets for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications and Experience
- 1+ year of experience in a customer care, customer service, or support role
- Warm, empathetic, and patient communication style
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM or helpdesk software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently without compromising quality
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
- Self-motivated and dependable in a fully remote work environment
- Matric certificate required
Salary: R22,000/month | 100% Remote
