<p>Role Summary</p>
<p>You will be the frontline voice of Lucid Motors for customers, delivering a premium, seamless, and human‑centered experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to innovation and luxury. This role blends technical understanding, problem‑solving, and hospitality to support owners and prospective customers throughout their journey.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Customer Support & Experience</li>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in‑person interactions at Lucid Studios.</li>
<li>Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic guidance on vehicle features, charging, software updates, service appointments, and ownership questions.</li>
<li>Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a luxury‑brand tone and experience.</li>
</ul>
<li>Service Coordination</li>
<ul>
<li>Schedule and manage service appointments with Service Centers and Mobile Service teams.</li>
<li>Track service cases, follow up proactively, and ensure customers feel informed and supported throughout the process.</li>
</ul>
<li>Technical & Product Knowledge</li>
<ul>
<li>Maintain a deep understanding of Lucid vehicles, software features, charging infrastructure, and the EV ecosystem in Germany.</li>
</ul>
<li>Customer Advocacy</li>
<ul>
<li>Capture customer feedback and escalate recurring issues to improve processes, product quality, and overall experience.</li>
<li>Represent the Lucid brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in customer service, automotive, EV, luxury retail, or tech environments.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills in German and English, French will be great.</li>
<li>Ability to handle complex inquiries with patience, clarity, and empathy.</li>
<li>Comfortable working with CRM systems, digital tools, and fast‑changing technology.</li>
<li>A passion for sustainability, innovation, and premium customer experiences.</li>
</ul>
