This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date.</em></p> <p><strong><em>This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.</em></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>GFiber is expanding into new markets and the CPE Supply Chain Program Manager plays a key part in supporting that expansion strategy. This role will be responsible for supporting sales, inventory and operational planning (SIOP) activities for customer premise and network engineering equipment.</p> <p><strong>Role Description</strong></p> <p>As the CPE Supply Chain Program Manager you will be part of a dynamic Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team. Working together with supply chain, sales, marketing, product, finance and engineering you will be responsible for building and analyzing equipment forecasts to identify cost opportunities and mitigate supplier risk. You will also make recommendations on inventory targets, equipment rebalancing and drive effective management of excess and obsolete inventory to include possible auction or resale.</p> <p><strong>In this role, you'll:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sales, inventory and operational planning (SIOP)&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate with OEMs to exceed SLA performance and market share targets</li> <li>Forecast collaboration between supply chain, sales, marketing, product and finance</li> <li>De-risk supply disruptions &amp; delays</li> <li>Minimize excess and obsolete inventor</li> </ul> <p><strong>At a minimum we'd like you to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or a similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience</li> <li>7 years experience in Demand Planning (SIOP) or Procurement roles</li> <li>5 years of experience in managing excess and obsolete inventory</li> <li>5 years of experience with SAP and inventory management software (ex. Warehouse management system)</li> </ul> <p><strong>It's preferred if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Understanding of forecasting dynamics associated with equipment returns and reuse</li> <li>Experience in supply chain network optimization and equipment refurbishment and repair</li> <li>Experience using advanced demand planning applications (ex. Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxsis)</li> <li>Familiarity with telecommunications inventory challenges and regulations</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $136,000 - $198,000 + bonus + benefits.
