About the role
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
Preferably with background in Customer Support / Technical Support (WordPress-related experience is a strong advantage).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to engage with customers warmly and effectively; maintain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with WordPress core, plugins, and troubleshooting.
Experience in analyzing logs, console errors, and server responses is a plus.
Technical Skills
Strong working knowledge of WordPress (installation, plugins, common errors, troubleshooting).
Ability to translate technical issues into simple, user-friendly instructions.
Basic understanding of web technologies (PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage but not always required.
Proficient in handling support ticket systems or helpdesk software.
Communication Skills
Excellent written communication in English (clear, concise, and empathetic).
Ability to stay professional, composed, and patient during challenging conversations.
Skilled in active listening and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
