<h2>As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be responsible for</h2>
<ul>

<p>Be the friendly, problem-solving, go-to person for our customers across phone, email, chat, and social media</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Own customer queries from start to finish, because no one likes being passed around</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Bring energy and creativity to every conversation, making sure our customers feel heard, valued, and supported</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Keep our social media buzzing by engaging with customers, answering queries, and keeping the Electric Kiwi and Kiwi Mobile vibe alive</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Stay sharp with ongoing training and development, keeping you ahead of the game in a fast-moving industry.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h2>About you</h2>
<p><em>We're not looking for just call centre experience. We are looking for people who love customer service and have exceptional communication skills.</em></p>

<p>You genuinely enjoy helping people and making their day better</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You are a natural at building relationships and having engaging conversations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You own what you do, you take initiative and follow through</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You are cool under pressure, adaptable, and solution-focused</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You are confident on social media, whether responding to customers or creating fun, engaging content</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maybe you've worked in hospitality, retail, tourism, or another customer-facing role and you're ready for your next step. If so, we would love to hear from you</p>
