In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and accurate order processing, shipping coordination, and communication across departments. Your key responsibilities will include:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Manage the accurate processing and shipping of orders to ensure they are shipped on time in full (OTIF).<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li>Maintain high accuracy through the life cycle of an order by processing orders, reducing error rates and rejections.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li>Overseeing EDI procedures, software updates, and technology processes to maintain vendor compliance.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li>Reviewing routing guides and technology workflows to ensure operational efficiency.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li>Communicating effectively via Outlook and Microsoft Teams to collaborate across multiple departments both internally and externally<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li>Self-motivation and a professional attitude – works well independently and as part of a team.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li>Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li>A positive and collaborative mindset to contribute effectively to team goals.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li>2+ years of experience with EDI and SQL (preferred).</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
