Customer Love Team Member (Nordics)

<h3><strong>🌍 About this Role</strong></h3> <p>Do you live in London and want to use your language skills (<strong>Swedish and Danish</strong>) for one of the fastest-growing dog food brands in Europe? We are looking for a Swedish, Danish, and English-speaking <strong>Customer Love Member</strong> with excellent communication skills who can bring joy to all our pet parents (&amp; dogs!) in the Nordics region.</p> <p>You will be part of the Nordics Customer Love team, which you will have the opportunity to build the Nordics Customer Love Team with us from scratch.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>🐶 About Butternut Box</strong></h3> <p>Our mission is to bring health and happiness to dogs and their humans all over the world. As a B Corp, you can be sure you are part of a sustainable organisation that cares for our people, our product, and the planet.</p> <h3><strong>📆 Your Daily Activities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>You are the face and voice of Butternut Box for our customers.</li> <li>You surprise dogs &amp; owners with small gestures to brighten their day.</li> <li>You support customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media.</li> <li>You handle a wide range of questions, issues, and feedback.</li> <li>You share customer insights with the team to improve our service.</li> <li>You contribute to our warm, open, and fun Butternut culture.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Practicalities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Working days:</strong> 5 days a week between Monday and Friday, including bank holidays. Saturdays and bank holidays are on a rotational basis (in the future).</li> <li>You will be working from 8:00–16:30 (Mon–Fri. This may expand to Saturday or evenings in the future – we hope for your flexibility.</li> <li>You will work hybrid: 3 days per week at our office in London.
