<p>LeoLabs is seeking a mission-driven Customer Operations & Pre-Sales Enablement Manager to support both customer success and growth across the APAC region.<span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>

You will partner with Sales during pursuit efforts to shape mission-aligned solutions, then lead onboarding, training, and operational enablement to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes.</span></span></span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>

<p>Customer Operations & Enablement </p>

<p>Required Qualifications </p>
<ul>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}">10+ years in military operations, defense, space operations, or complex technical environments</span> </li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}">Experience in customer-facing roles supporting government or enterprise stakeholders</span> </li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}">Strong operational planning and execution skills</span> </li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}">Ability to support both business development and post-sale execution</span> </li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred </p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in space, aerospace, or national defense organizations </li>
<li>Familiarity with SaaS platforms or technical solution design </li>
