<p><span data-contrast="auto">In this role, you will serve as a critical operational partner to Sales, sitting at the intersection of </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Customer Operations, Revenue Operations, and member documentation</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">. You’ll help ensure our members receive timely, accurate, and high-quality support across onboarding, contracts, reporting, and ongoing maintenance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This role is ideal for someone who is both a </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">strong executor and an emerging operator</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">—someone who can manage complex, detail-oriented work while also identifying opportunities to improve how we work. You’ll be expected to execute with precision while also contributing ideas to improve processes and help us scale through better tools, automation, and documentation over time.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">This role blends elements of Customer Operations, Revenue Operations, and documentation/legal workflows—it is not a traditional CRM administration role.</span></p>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide end-to-end operational and member support for an assigned sales team across the full member lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing maintenance</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Act as a primary collaborator across Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Member Success to keep work moving forward</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Member Documentation & Contracts</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage complex membership documentation, including agreements, amendments, assignments, and NDAs in partnership with Legal</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and executed in a timely manner</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain and ensure accuracy of CRM data within Salesforce and related systems</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage case workflows within Salesforce, ensuring efficient issue resolution and clear communication</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Validate and manage Gross Transaction Volume (GTV), proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Troubleshoot member and supplier issues, identifying root causes and reducing escalations</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure members receive prompt, accurate, and high-quality support across all touchpoints</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Process Improvement & Scale</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and systems</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Contribute to building more scalable ways of working, including leveraging automation and emerging tools (including AI where applicable)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Serve as a subject matter expert for key processes, supporting documentation and knowledge sharing across the team</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">2+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Sales/Revenue Operations, Customer Success, or a related role</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working with contracts, legal documentation, or governance processes preferred</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to evaluate requests and determine when to push back, escalate, or execute</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
