Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email, chat, and social media.
Provide outstanding support before, during, and after purchase.
Assist customers with product information, sizing, availability, and orders.
Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
Work closely with the e-commerce, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Retail, Fashion, or E-commerce.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate availability.
