About the role
Principal Responsibilities
- Develop differentiated value proposition in accordance to the Wealth Continuum framework and implement key strategies for HNW customer segments
- Conceptualize key initiatives to drive HNW customer acquisition in line with business goals
- Digital expertise on marketing and campaign/event by leverage on resourceful eco-partner channel for biz driven
- Improve collaboration with other business units and cross-market team to leverage synergies on key areas of customer acquisition and value proposition enhancement
- Conceptualize, develop and implement partnership programs to augment wealth value proposition and positioning vs competitors
- Analyze portfolio data and formulate strategies across customer segments to improve customer quality and loyalty
- Roll out strategic projects with AI, digital tool and data science to uplift HNW customer experience to drive biz result.
Education and Relevant Experience
- Fruitful customer segmentation and marketing experience for HNW customers with resourceful eco-partner channel
- Strategic thinker with ability to integrate acquisition efforts with key strategies
- Strong biz planner and project management ability to implement initiatives from both onshore and regional.
- AI, data and digital experience with creativity.
- Strong analytical skills to drive portfolio actions and profitability
- Excellent communication both in EN & CN and presentation skill.
- Ability to embrace change and be customer centric with risk control mindset.
