About the role
As a Customer Service Agent France, you will guide customers throughout their entire journey and play a key part in strengthening PERGOLUX’s reputation for premium, high-quality service. With empathy, product knowledge, and clear communication, you will ensure every interaction reflects the standards of a global outdoor-living brand rooted in Scandinavian design. What You’ll Do
Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and (video) chat.
Assist customers with product questions and guide them confidently through the ordering process.
Manage inquiries, returns, and complaints while ensuring accurate and complete case documentation.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth, transparent delivery processes.
Maintain customer data and contribute to process improvements that elevate service quality.
What You’ll Bring
Fluent in French (C1) and good English skills (B1) for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce or a related field.
Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented, empathetic approach.
Enjoyment of a dynamic, collaborative environment with a strong service mindset.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, plus the ability to learn new systems quickly.
