This is a hands-on, customer-centric role combining service, product presentation, operational execution, and follow-up sales management.&nbsp;Across rentals and sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every customer moment reflects Indie Campers’ high standards.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Customer Service &amp; Operations</strong>: Conduct check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy.</li> <li><strong>Sales Demonstrations &amp; Customer Engagement</strong>: Prepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features, specs, and customer-specific needs. Ensure smooth handovers and all documentation is in order.</li> <li><strong>Sales Conversion &amp; Lead Management</strong>: Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM. Convert rental customers into sales opportunities, and support the RV Sales District and City Lead to meet targets.</li> <li><strong>Product Knowledge &amp; Technical Support</strong>: Maintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and perform basic system demos (lighting, gas, etc.).
