Customer Service & Sales Support – Enhance Client Engagement and Experience

Are you driven by delivering outstanding customer experiences? Join our team as a Customer Service Agent and play a pivotal role in supporting our clients, resolving queries, and identifying sales opportunities. You will be essential in building client trust, providing knowledgeable assistance, and enriching our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities for Customer Service & Communication Excellence

  • Proactively engage with customers via phone, email, and online chat to provide timely, accurate, and friendly support.
  • Listen attentively to understand customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support team sales targets while always putting the customer first.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to offer informed solutions and guide customers through their enquiries.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly in the CRM system, ensuring complete and accurate records.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver seamless end-to-end service and contribute to continuous improvement.

Customer Orientation & English Communication Skills – What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of proven customer service experience or sales experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle client concerns and consistently deliver positive outcomes.
  • Fluent in French, Excellent in English
  • Customer-first mindset, strong listening skills, and a professional, problem-solving approach.
  • Comfortable navigating CRM systems and basic office applications.
  • Exceptional organisation, time management, and adaptability to new challenges.
  • On-site full-time role (9–5), two fixed days off per week.
  • No business travel required.
