Role Summary: Customer Service, English Communication & Sales Support

Join our team as a Customer Service Agent and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is essential in ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused. We are seeking an empathetic and proactive communicator with a passion for customer orientation and the ability to identify sales opportunities as part of your high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Agents

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in English.
  • Deliver clear information on products, services, and policies using excellent communication skills.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions, recommending additional products or services when appropriate.
  • Demonstrate strong customer orientation by resolving concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the interaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
  • Uphold NOK HC’s standards of integrity and professionalism in all customer-facing activities.

Skills & Competencies Required: English Fluency, Sales and Communication

  • Fluent English communication skills—both spoken and written.
  • Proven ability in customer service or client-facing roles, ideally in an international environment.
  • Comfortable with sales approaches and converting service queries into sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated customer orientation, empathy, and a solution-driven mindset.
  • Strong active listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform under pressure in a dynamic work setting.

Preferred Experience in Customer-Focused Environments

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or contact centre roles is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and remote communication platforms.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
