Our company is looking for dedicated and positive Customer Service Agents to join our professional team in Zamalek. Customer Service and Communication – Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat for efficient query resolution.
  • Supply customers with clear and accurate information on products and services, tailoring solutions to individual needs.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities in line with sales targets.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
  • Accurately maintain and update customer records in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Uphold a consistently courteous, respectful, and professional demeanour in all communications.

Qualifications – Customer Service Experience and Required Skills

  • Age: 23 to 28 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (graduates only).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and solution provision.
  • Confident communication and active listening abilities.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset (but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered for the final package).
  • Preparedness to work 8-hour rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends as scheduled.
  • Calm, patient disposition and the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
